Terre di Ger Winery

The beating heart of the company – as stated on the Terre di Ger websitewhere wines are decided and markets are planned. The cellar is the meeting between the final part of the work in the countryside and the beginning of the processing of the grapes, a process of continuity between what nature produces and what technology can determine. If wine is made in the countryside, it must be respected in the cellar.

Terre di Ger processes the grapes in collection tanks which are then pressed and sent to the tanks. All operations are carried out with the aim of preserving the aromas of the wine. Finally, for fermentation, subsequent maturation, refinement and to enhance the flavors of the wines, the winery uses French and American oak barrels.
