Parts
1.1. ViNO, hereinafter “Seller”, carries out its e-commerce activity through the online sales site vininaturalionline.com, hereinafter e-commerce, and addresses itself directly to the “Final Consumer”. 1.2. “Final consumer”: any natural person who has reached the age of majority who purchases goods from the aforementioned site for non-commercial purposes, resale and/or rental. 1.3. The Seller may make changes or amendments to these “Terms of Use” at any time. Therefore, the customer will be required to accept the “Terms of Use” at the time of purchase. 1.4. The final consumer, henceforth Customer, is requested to carefully read the “Terms of Use” accessible via the links on the email that he will receive at the email address after the “order confirmation” following the execution of the purchase procedure.
Purchase
2.1. Product sheet: each product is represented by a photograph and is accompanied by a “Product sheet” which contains: a) general description. b) Price. 2.1.1. General description: it is a short description that shows some characteristics of the product. Fancy terms can also be used and in any case not referable directly to the product. 2.1.2. Price: the price shown in the product sheet and in the “catalog” is the retail price including VAT, excluding transport costs, charges and customs duties relating to the country of origin of the Customer and/or destination of the goods. ViNO reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice. The prices present at the time of the “Order Confirmation” will be charged to the Customer. 2.1.3. Photo: Although the photos are taken with care, it is possible that the photograph does not faithfully represent the product. Consequently, ViNO will not be responsible for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of the products shown on e-commerce. The photo is to be considered as an example only. The potentially salable product will be photographed in a single shape and color. 2.2. Product selection and cart construction: product selection is done by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. The “Cart” may contain one or more products and can be changed at any time before the “Order Confirmation”. The addition to the cart can be done both from the catalog and subsequently from the product sheet. 2.3. Order confirmation: the order confirmation can take place after the acceptance of the “Terms of Use” and the insertion of the information that is essential for taking charge and shipping the goods listed in the “Order Confirmation”, i.e. the list of products contained in the cart including shipping costs. 2.4. Payment methods: before accepting the order, the Customer must choose one of the following payment methods available on e-commerce: a) PayPal. b) Bank transfer. c) Credit and/or debit card. a) PayPal: if PayPal is selected, the Customer must follow the procedures found on the PayPal site. b) Bank transfer: in case of bank transfer selection, the Customer must make a transfer to the bank details found within the e-commerce. Proof of payment is given by crediting the amount of the transfer to the Seller’s current account. The Seller reserves the right to accept as proof of payment the transmission of the bank transfer coupon, received by email at info@vininaturalionline.com. 2.5. Order acceptance: the seller reserves the right to refuse the order if the Customer has not complied with the purchase procedure, has not accepted the Terms of Use, or if he does not provide all the data required for shipping and billing or in any case if the payment has not been successful, i.e. if, in case of selection of the Credit Card method, the bank has not authorized the debit on the Customer’s credit card, or if, in case of selection by bank transfer, the amount is not debited within three (3) working days from the date of transmission of the order confirmation on the Seller’s current account, or if, in case of selection of the PayPal method, the credit to the Seller’s account. The total amount includes the sum of the sales prices and transport costs, depending on the delivery method selected by the Customer, and/or present on e-commerce.
2.6. Order acceptance: the Customer accepts his order by sending the Order Confirmation, as per article 2.3, to the Seller electronically.
The order confirmation is proof of the acceptance of the order by the customer, including these Terms of Use.
2.7. The Order Confirmation will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law.
2.8. The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian and English.
Taking charge of the order and availability of products
3.1. Once the contract is concluded, ViNO will process your purchase order. 3.2. Product availability: if the products, presented on e-commerce, are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to e-commerce or when the order confirmation is sent, it will be the Seller’s responsibility to notify you promptly and in every case within thirty (30) days from the day following that in which you have sent your order to the Seller, any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding the order confirmation and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already advanced by the Customer. 3.3. With the transmission of the Order Confirmation, the Customer declares to know and accept the Terms of Use and the additional information contained in vininaturalionline.com. 3.4. Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send the Customer, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order confirmation (Terms of Use, Information on the Right of Withdrawal, relating to the essential characteristics of the product and a detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs).
Product warranties
4.1. All products come with an identification tag. The Customer must not remove the tag from the purchased products, of which they form an integral part. 4.2. The Seller, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

Right of withdrawal
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on e-commerce. It is not possible to change the chosen product with another. With the exception of cases in which the Seller deems to accept the change by the Customer. 6.2. To withdraw from the contract, the customer must send an email and follow the instructions of this contract “Terms of Use” and those of the section “Our Return Policies” in the “Customer Service” widget located at the foot of the page. In the email, the customer must indicate the Name, Item, and quantity he intends to return. 6.3. The only expenses that the Customer has to bear are those of returning the purchased products. 6.4. The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met: a) the products must not have been used. c) the products must be returned in their original packaging d) the returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment e) the returned products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date on which the Customer received the products. 6.5. If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in six (6) paragraph, the Seller will refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products. 6.6. The sums will be refunded to the Customer in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal. As indicated in Article 8, the Seller will activate the refund procedures, once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated in these Terms of Use has been verified. 6.7. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the Seller or to the issuance of the requested credit; however, the Customer, at his own expense, may get the products back in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
Shipment
7.1. Shipping times: shipping times do not depend on ViNO but on the shipping method chosen by the customer during the construction of the Order and by the forwarder with whom the purchased goods will be sent. Generally, delivery takes place within two to five (2-5) business days. Subject to unforeseen circumstances. The Seller, however, is not responsible for actual delivery times other than those indicated even if it will take all the necessary actions to comply with them. 7.2. Shipping costs: the cost of shipping is charged to the Customer and is part of the amount shown in the order confirmation to be paid to the Seller. Refund times and methods
8.1. After the return of the products, the Seller will make the necessary checks relating to their conformity. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, the Seller will send the Customer, via e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the returned products. 8.2. The Customer accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian Courts. For any action arising from or related to the General Conditions of Sale, navigation, and use of the site, the court of Rome will be exclusively competent. 9.3. ViNO reserves the right to make changes or amendments at any time to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. Such modifications or amendments will only be effective in relation to purchase orders submitted after the modification or new amendment date.

10.1. ViNO declares and guarantees that the personal data of customers will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments and additions.
