Description

Brut & The Beast is an organic fizzy wine produced by the Valli Unite winery in the territories of Costa Vescovato, an Italian town in the province of Alessandria in Piedmont. Direct pressing of the grapes in the press, spontaneous fermentation in steel and maceration for eight days on the skins. Contains 25 mg / l of total grape sulfites to which no other substances permitted for oenological use, no filter or clarification have been added. Refermented.
