Segnali di Vita Lambrusco Emilia IGP Rosé by Podere Giardino Winery is a delicious dry sparkling rosé wine, obtained 100% from the Lambrusco Marani vine. This wine has an inviting deep pink color and a delicate and persistent foam.

On the nose, the aromas of wild fruit and wild strawberries make it irresistible. In the mouth, the excellent acidity makes it fresh and sapid, with a pleasant and balanced taste. This wine goes perfectly with aperitifs, fried dumplings and cured meats, erbazzone, pasta with light sauces, and pizza, but also with fish, white meats, and roast beef.

The vinification, characterized by destemming and immediate soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation on its own lees, and clarification only through decanting, gives Segnali di Vita an authentic character and an unmistakable flavor. No filtration.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 10/12°C to fully appreciate its qualities.

VINIFICATION: crushing-destemming and immediate soft pressing; spontaneous fermentation on its own lees; clarifications only through decanting, no filtrations; 1st fermentation in stainless steel, 2nd fermentation and aging in bottle for 12 months.
TERRITORY: Reggio Emilia high plain, Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
SOIL TYPE: loamy, clayey-sandy.
PRODUCTION METHOD: organic, reg. EC 848/18, reg. EC 203/12; Authorized certification body Mipaaf ITBIO 006, operator code H1912.
TRAINING AND AGE: Guyot/Espalier for 15 years.
YIELD PER HA: 12 t.
HARVEST: manual, mid/late September.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 0 (zero) gr/l.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.70 gr/l.
SULFUR DIOXIDE: without the addition of sulfites; natural content <10 mg/liter.
PAIRING: aperitifs, fried dumplings and cured meats, erbazzone, pasta with light sauces, excellent with pizza; fish, white meats, roast beef.
