Malvasia dell’Emilia IGP Metodo Ancestrale of Podere Giardino winery is an extreme, fresh and light sparkling white wine. No added yeast, no filtration, no added sulphites, with a lively and persistent foam, with a characteristic flavor on the palate, with citrus and grapefruit notes.

VINIFICATION: with its own yeasts, clarification by decanting, no filtration; 1st fermentation in stainless steel, 2nd fermentation in
bottle.
