Kind of Wine Lambrusco Reggiano DOP by Podere Giardino Winery is a delicious dry sparkling rosé, produced with 100% Lambrusco Marani grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region. Its deep pink color and persistent and delicate foam blend perfectly with its floral and fresh red fruit aromas.

On the palate it is fresh, sapid, and with excellent acidity, making it the ideal companion for traditional Reggio dishes such as fresh and stuffed pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and cured meats, but also with fish dishes.

Excellent as an aperitif, “Kind of wine” was produced through a careful winemaking process which includes destemming and contact with the skins for 12 hours, soft pressing, and 1st and 2nd fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. with 12 months of bottle refinement.

It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10/12°C to fully appreciate its refreshing character and liveliness.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Lambrusco Marani.
VINIFICATION: crushing-destemming and contact with the skins for 12 hours, soft pressing; 1st and 2nd fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel, aging in the bottle for 12 months.
TERRITORY: Reggio Emilia high plain, Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
SOIL TYPE: loamy, clayey-sandy.
PRODUCTION METHOD: organic, reg. EC 848/18, reg. EC 203/12; Authorized certification body Mipaaf IT BIO 006, operator code H1912.
CULTIVATION AND AGE: 15-year-old Guyot/Spalliera system.
YIELD PER HA: 12 t.
HARVEST: manual, mid-September.
CHARACTERISTICS: deep pink color, persistent and delicate foam; floral aromas, and fresh red fruit. Fresh, savory, and excellent acidity.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 0 (zero) gr/l.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.70 g/l.
SULFUR DIOXIDE: without the addition of sulfites; natural content < 10 mg/liter.
PAIRINGS: with traditional Reggio dishes, fresh and filled pasta, Parmigiano-Reggiano, cold cuts, but also with fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
SERVE AT: 10-12°C.
