Graspie Boys Lambrusco Emilia IGP by Podere Giardino Winery is a Lambrusco Emilia IGP, a dry sparkling red wine with a great personality, obtained exclusively from the Lambrusco Grasparossa vine. The result is a wine with dense ruby-red color and intense aromas of wild red fruit and herbs.

The vinification involves crushing and destemming and a 5-day maceration, followed by racking with soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation on its lees. Fining only by decanting, without filtration, preserves the natural characteristics of the wine as much as possible.

Lambrusco Emilia PGI is a robust wine that goes perfectly with elaborate dishes, such as stuffed pasta, roast game, and boiled meat.

The character of this wine is full-bodied, rough, and tannic, with a strong and pleasantly sour taste. The refinement in the bottle for 12/15 months after the second fermentation makes it even more valuable and perfect for special occasions.

TERRITORY: Reggio Emilia high plain, Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
SOIL TYPE: loamy, clayey-sandy.
