Description

The Ceci N’Est Pas Plus Un Pet Nat wine is a Lambrusco Emilia IGP from the Podere Giardino winery with a deep red color tending towards purple. On the nose, evolved notes of balsamic, leather, and smoky are immediately perceived which invite you to savor this unique wine of its kind. In the mouth, the taste confirms its Lambrusco soul but with a pleasant evolution towards ripe and balsamic red fruit.

Obtained from Lambrusco grapes harvested and vinified together, selected from 100% Lambrusco Marani, Salamino, Maestri, Oliva, and Ancellotta, this wine is produced only in vintages of exceptional quality with crushing and destemming and a seven-day maceration. The spontaneous fermentation on its lees and the subsequent aging in cement for seven months and in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months, unfiltered, with no added sulfites, guarantee a high-quality product, capable of evolving over time.

Perfect in combination with elaborate dishes such as stuffed pasta, roasts, and boiled meats, this Lambrusco Emilia PGI should be served at a temperature of 14/16°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 30% L. Marani, 20% L. Salamino, 20% L. Maestri, 20% L. Oliva, 10% Ancellotta.
VINIFICATION: wine produced only in years of crushing and destemming, maceration for 7 days with pumping over; spontaneous fermentation on its own lees; clarifications only through decanting, no filtrations; fermentation in stainless steel, aging in concrete for 7 months, minimum 18 months in the bottle.
TERRITORY: Reggio Emilia high plain, Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
SOIL TYPE: loamy, clayey-sandy.
