Description
Sciatto(L) is a wine made from white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation. Aging for six months in steel tanks. Without added sulphites before bottling. The result is a refreshing wine, of medium acidity, with intense aromas of apple and lemon.
LOCATION: Contrada Vagnola, Villa Celiera (PE)
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay
FERMENTATION: spontaneous with one night of maceration on the skins.
AGING: 6 months in steel
PAIRINGS: excellent for aperitifs, fish-based appetizers.
