Bianco Anfora di Lammidia is a fresh mineral red wine made from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are de-stemmed by hand, left to ferment with the skins with submerged cap for a week in an amphora. Once pressed, it completes fermentation and aging in the same.

LOCATION: Contrada Vagnola, Villa Celiera (PE)
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
FERMENTATION: spontaneous in amphora for a week.
AGING: together with the fine lees for a further 10 months.
PAIRING: excellent with fish or fresh cheeses, light lunch combined with a tuna carpaccio with sesame.
SERVE AT: 8 – 10 ° C
