Pino Nero is a red wine made from red grapes, fermented with semi-carbonic maceration. Spontaneous fermentation. Aging in fiberglass tanks. Without added sulphites before bottling. The result is a wine that gives the palate a great sensation of freshness and many fruit flavors.

LOCATION: Contrada Vagnola, Villa Celiera (PE)
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Pinot Noir (50% Borgogna clone and 50% Alsace clone)
VINIFICATION: semi-carbonic, the whole bunches were poured into the concrete tanks, the first half was pressed with the feet, the second filled with the whole bunches, hermetically sealed for a week. Once pressed, they have completed fermentation and aging in amphora.
FERMENTATION: spontaneous in semi-carbonic maceration in whole bunches for seven days.
AGING: in amphora, no addition of sulphites, filtration or clarification.
PAIRING: excellent with meat dishes, mixed cold cuts, fresh and aged cheeses.
SERVE AT: 16 – 18 ° C
