Bianco Anfora di Lammidia is a fresh mineral white wine made from Trebbiano grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are manually de-stemmed and are left to ferment spontaneously in amphora in contact with the skins immersed in the must (with a submerged cap) for 3 weeks! Subsequently the wine ages together with the fine lees for a further 10 months.

LOCATION: Contrada Vagnola, Villa Celiera (PE)
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Trebbiano
FERMENTATION: spontaneous in amphora for three weeks.
AGING: together with the fine lees for a further 10 months.
PAIRING: excellent with fish or fresh cheeses, light lunch combined with a tuna carpaccio with sesame.
