Description
Amore e Psiche 2021 from the Il Vino e le Rose Winery (website) is a Piedmontese red wine from the Mastarone locality, in the Momperone municipality in the province of Alessandria, born from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Voluptuousness arises from the union between a god and an earthly woman: PLEASURE.
The pleasure of wine with an extremely broad structure and a body made up of delicate yet complex notes. An elegant and feminine wine. Very broad nose with notes of rose and violet even withered, fruity, especially wild strawberries, raspberries, cherry jam, spices, chocolate, cloves, black pepper, nutmeg, leather, and tobacco. In the mouth decidedly tannic but round, balanced acidity with a long finish that recalls the aromas perceived on the nose. Amore e Psiche should be drunk alone or accompanied by the pleasures of life.
