Description
Camaleonte is the new rosè wine from the Fabio Ferracane winery. Camaleonte is the novelty of 2020, a rosé wine made up of four grape varieties – Catarratto, Grillo, Nero d’Avola and Merlot. Maceration lasts for a day on the skins and the subsequent refinement takes place in steel for 6 months. Only 17 mg of sulfites are present. The Camaleonte Rosato is a rosé wine with a rather dark color, due to the greater presence of Merlot and Catarratto, with a round flavor and well balanced by acidity – we read on the website of the website of the Cantina Winery – to be enjoyed (e.d.) in all seasons and throughout the meal, from the aperitif to the second. Better if with fish-based dishes, even with tomatoes, white meats or pizza.
