Description

C19M Catarratto of the Criante farm is a white wine born from 100% Catarratto grapes, the autochthonous white grape variety of Sicily, widespread mainly in the province of Trapani. C19M Criante is macerated for 8 days on the skins and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts.

LOCALITY: Contrada Valle Calatafimi Segesta (TP).
GRAPE VARIETY: Catarratto 100%.
ALTITUDE: from 320 to 360 meters above sea level.
SOIL TYPE: medium mixture tending to clayey.

PRUNING: Alberello.
