Description
Primativo vintage 2021 from the Velletrana Colleformica winery is a red wine made from 100% Primitivo grapes, harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation in small vats with 2/3 punching down per day. Fermentation time on the skins (6/7 days) and refinement for two-thirds of the wine in 500-liter chestnut barrels and for the remaining wine in steel. No addition of sulfur dioxide, pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers. No filtering or clarification.
