Colleformica – Moscà

Description

Moscà is a white wine produced by the Colleformica winery in the Velletri area. A wine made from hand-picked Moscato grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in small vats with 4 or 5 punchings per day. In contact with the skins for 7 days and aging in fiberglass until bottling. No addition of sulfur, no filtering or clarification.
