Colleformica – Formica Pazza Rosè

Description

Formica Pazza Rosè is a sparkling rosé wine produced by the Colleformica Winery in the territories of Velletri. It comes from red Sangiovese grapes. Direct pressing of the grapes in the press, spontaneous fermentation in steel, and refermentation with the must of the same vintage. No added sulfur dioxide, no filtering or clarification.
