Description

Biancofiore is a white wine produced by the Colleformica Winery in the territories of Velletri. A wine made from hand-picked yellow Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes. Pressed directly in the press, then spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiberglass until bottling. No addition of sulfur, no filtering or clarification.
