Grancatella Vino Bianco 2019 is a white wine from the Calabrian Ciavola Nera winery in the San Marco Argentano area, an Italian town in the province of Cosenza, born from Malvasia grapes. Aged in steel for nine months and in bottle for another month. No clarification, except that of the preferential “cold” and no filtering. NO CHEMISTRY!!!
