Cantina Indigeno – Indigeno Rosato 2019

Description

Indigeno Rosato is a wine obtained from the spontaneous fermentation of 100% Montepulciano grapes vinified in pink without temperature control and without adding chemicals. The skins remain in contact for 1 night in open vats, then the racking and pressing are carried out and transferred to fiberglass containers where it refines on its lees for 8 months and a natural decantation takes place followed by further refinement in the bottle.
