Carmu is a white wine from the Umbrian winery Almaraminga born from the only partially macerated native grapes of Trebbiano Spoletino. Following the sentence that is written on the label of the bottle.

LU QUINTANONE

Lo scintillar di lance
e di cruenti sproni,
i focosi destrieri
e i cavalieri eletti,
se il batticuore ti arreca
del Dio Marte la rinnovellata
tenzone… Carmu!
Stringano i cavalieri le
briglie, noi baderemo
alle bottiglie.
