Description

Syrah is considered the most “Sicilian” international variety there is, it has adapted to the pedoclimatic conditions of this territory. A champion by nature and very pleasant to drink, Syrah is an overwhelming and complex wine, which manages to perfectly combine exuberance, softness and extraordinary intensity. On the nose it has a characteristic and lively scent of wild berries with spicy notes of tobacco, eucalyptus and sage and on the palate it is warm and dry, elegant and balanced in its ample structure.

PRODUCTION METHOD: wine from picked and selected bunches of the Marsala area. No corrections or additives are made during processing.

MACERATION-FERMENTATION: lasts for over 10 days.
AGING: in steel silos.
PAIRING: red meats, stewed game, tasty fish soups.
