Description
Sfera is a still orange wine made from Biancame grapes. The must macerates with the skins for approximately 40 days. The grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented with their own yeast. It is unfiltered and not clarified. Contains sulfites. No other winemaking substances added.
