Description
Molo di Levante is a white wine made from Biancame grapes. The must macerates with the skins for 6 – 10 days. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with their own yeast. Unfiltered, unclarified. Contains sulfites. No other oenological substances added.
