Garbino Bianco is a sparkling white wine refermented in the bottle, made from Biancame grapes. The grapes are handpicked and spontaneously fermented with their own yeasts. Gentle pressing of destemmed grapes. After 7 months in stainless steel, we add thawed grape must and bottle it. Unfiltered, unclarified. Contains sulfites. No other oenological substances added.
