ViNO’s return policy allows you to rethink your purchase and to return the purchased item, without having to specify the reason, up to the term of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded from the applicable legislation. ViNO’s return policy does not affect your rights deriving from the law and your Right of withdrawal.
If you return the item in accordance with what is illustrated here, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product that is returned (shipping costs incurred are excluded). However, if you purchase as a “consumer” and decide to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery of the products, in addition to the price paid for the purchase of the product, the costs of shipping related to the cheapest shipping method offered by ViNO, incurred to receive the product. When you use a pre-paid label, the return costs will be deducted from your refund. For domestic returns, return costs start at EUR 4. Please note that return costs may vary depending on the quantity, size, and weight of the items. ViNO offers different return methods depending on the product you wish to return. To return in accordance with ViNO’s policy, you must inform us within the terms indicated above by following the instructions you will find on the Return an item page. If you want assistance, you can contact us. Alternatively, you can also use this form within the terms indicated above.
You are required to return the products to us by following the instructions available in the Online Returns Center without delay and in any case within 30 days from the date of creation of the return label. The costs of returning the items to are at your expense.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal also apply to our Return Policies. Therefore, the following products cannot be returned according to our Return Policies (with the exception of defective products):
- items made to measure or clearly personalized or which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly,
- sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods,
- supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can only take place after thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by Vino.
Removal of personal data
When you return a product for any reason, you must return it in the same condition in which you received it from ViNO. In this regard, you must delete, remove and completely delete any personal data concerning you and/or third parties potentially present in the same product, and you must disconnect any account that may be connected to the product. You will be fully responsible for any personal data breach that may occur if you fail to comply with the above. You will need to remove from the returned product and from the packaging containing the returned product any items not relevant to the product as initially received by ViNO. ViNO will not be responsible for items you mistakenly left in the product or inside the packaging containing the returned product. You agree and accept that the returned product becomes the property of ViNO, and that ViNO has the right to sell the same product to third parties, at ViNO’s sole discretion.
